Free Lawn Service Contract

This Purpose Lawn Service Contract ("Contract") is entered into as of the [Date], by and between [Your Name], with a principal place of business at [Your Address] ("Client"), and [Service Provider Name], with a principal place of business at [Service Provider Address] ("Service Provider"). Both parties shall be referred to collectively as the "Parties."

1. Services

Service Provider shall provide lawn care services to Client which includes, but is not limited to, mowing, trimming, fertilization, and other services as per Schedule A ("Services"). Service Provider will provide these services at the property located at [Property Address.]

2. Schedule

The services that are to be provided will be carried out by the schedule that is to be provided herein. Please input the schedule.

3. Payment

The client has agreed and is willing to compensate the service provider with a specified amount of payment referred to as the "Fee" in exchange for the services that will be rendered. It is also agreed upon that the payment shall be made following a specific layout of time and amounts referred to as the "Payment Schedule".

4. Contract Duration

This Contract shall commence on the [Start Date] and shall continue until the [End Date] unless earlier terminated according to the Termination Conditions herein.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this Contract upon providing [Notice period] written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Client shall be responsible for all payments up until the effective date of termination.

6. Liability and Warranties

Service Provider shall maintain liability insurance coverage at all times this Contract is in effect. Service Provider warrants that the Services will be performed in a good and workmanlike manner.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under this Contract shall be resolved through mediation. If the Parties cannot agree on a mediator, each party shall select one and those mediators will select a third.

8. Additional Terms

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
