Down Payment Contract

6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
This Agreement represents the complete and total understanding between the Parties involved, about the subject matter contained within this Agreement. It transcends and renders obsolete all the previous discussions, agreements, and understandings that might have occurred before this Agreement.
7. GOVERNING LAW:
The Agreement that is being discussed will be mainly regulated, interpreted, and fully understood according to the legislation and legal principles in effect in [Jurisdiction].
