Event Decoration Contract
1. Introduction
This Event Decoration Contract ("Contract") is made effective as of [Date], by and between Nova Brown ("Client") and Elegant Touch Decorators ("Decorator"). The Client and Decorator may collectively be referred to as the "Parties" for the purpose of this Contract.

Decorator: The Decorator is responsible for providing all materials, equipment, and labor required to complete the decoration services as outlined in this Contract.
Client: The Client is responsible for providing access to the event location and any necessary permissions or approvals for the decoration services.
7. Liability
The Decorator shall not be held liable for any damages or delays caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of nature, accidents, or government restrictions.
8. Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the state of [State].
9. Entire Agreement
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written, between the Parties regarding the subject matter of this Contract.
