Simple One Page Lease Agreement Form
The Parties
This Lease Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of Month Day, Yearby and between Landlord's Namewith its principal address located at Landlord's Address ("Landlord"), and Tenant's Name, located at Tenant's Address ("Tenant").
The Landlord agrees to lease to the Tenant the premises located at Property Address ("Property").
Use of Property
The Landlord agrees to lease to the Tenant the Property for Specific purpose purposes. The Tenant agrees to use the Property only for the specified purpose and not for any unlawful activity.
Payment
The Tenant agrees to pay rent in the amount of Amountper Frequency, due on the Day of each month. The payment should be made to the Landlord at Landlord's Address or as otherwise directed in writing by the Landlord.
Maintenance
The Tenant shall maintain the Property in a clean and habitable condition, promptly repairing any damages they cause. The Landlord is responsible for structural repairs and ensuring the Property complies with applicable laws.
Utilities
The Tenant agrees to pay for all utilities and services, including but not limited to electricity, gas, water, trash collection, and any other services used on the Property, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Term and Termination
This Agreement shall commence on Month Day, Yearand continue until Month Day, Year or until terminated as provided herein. Either party may terminate this Agreement with Numberdays' written notice to the other party.

By signing below, the parties acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions of this Lease Agreement.
