4. Project Timeline
Project Kickoff & Pre-production:

Activities: Finalizing scripts, casting experts, location scouting, permits, and arranging schedules for interviews and shoots.
Deliverables: Complete shooting schedule, finalized scripts, and pre-production checklist.
Filming Phase:

Payment Structure:
20% deposit due at project start
40% upon completion of filming
