Acknowledgment of Risks
Camping and outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to unpredictable weather conditions, wildlife encounters, and equipment failure. By signing this waiver, I acknowledge and understand the risks associated with camping and outdoor activities and accept full responsibility for my participation.
Release of Liability
I, the undersigned, agree to release the company, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur during my camping experience, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Rules and Regulations
I agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the company. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the termination of my reservation without refund.
