Agreement Terms
Purpose of the Partnership: The purpose of this partnership is to operate a joint retail venture.
Decision-Making Authority: Decisions related to daily operations will require mutual consent. Major business decision will require unanimous approval.
Partnership Duration: This agreement will remain in effect for three years until terminated as outlined below.
Termination: Either party may terminate the partnership by providing a written notice. Upon termination, all assets and liabilities will be divided according to the agreed-upon profit or loss sharing ratio.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information during and after the term of the partnership.
