This New Member Registration Data Flow Diagram is designed to visually model the processes and data exchanges related to a new student's course enrollment. The workflow begins when the Student interacts with the Check for availability process to get Registration status and Course availability. Upon registration, the data flows to the Enroll process, which updates the Student data store and confirms the course enrollment. Finally, the Confirm registration process sends a Confirmation letter back to the Student.
