Writing a communication plan can be difficult and time-consuming. Here are five simple steps to assist you to develop an efficient communication plan:
1. Operate a Situation Analysis
Converse with your staff, colleagues or stakeholders, then analyze the current situation in your company. You need to gather and evaluate all relevant data within the wall of the company. Consider the state of the market and business as a whole. List down all the key points in your basic plan as you converse and brainstorm.
2. State the Goals
Identify and pinpoint the exact business goals your company needs to achieve. Be aware of what you are aiming for to not miss a point for your communication plan. 3. Identify Audience

Once the scope and background of the modifications have been fully defined, inform them of when the changes will happen. And lastly, inform them where they can look for more information.
5. Present your Message in a Convincing Manner
Deliver your plan or message in an effective and interesting way to convince your audience. Use persuasive approaches that directly communicate with your audiences and show them why this is the correct choice for the business and for them as people. Different audiences will probably require distinct means of communication such as face-to-face meetings, meetings, or through paper handouts. After presenting, evaluate if you are successful with your communication with your audience so that you will be able to identify what mistake you made and improve the next time.
