So you have decided that you want to create your bylaws, how do you begin?

Imagine that your club is a country and its bylaws, the constitution. What is written here should define the identity of the club. The way the club handles memberships, meetings, schedules, elections and other issues should be included. - Organization Name Article – Write the name of your club here. This will establish the identity of your club. If your club has an official address like a clubhouse, regular meeting place or headquarters write it here. Otherwise, it is not required.
- Organization Purpose Article – Write the purpose of your article here. The mission and vision statements of your club go here. For your mission statement state the main business of your club and what its general purpose is. For your vision statement state where you desire your club to go in the future.
- Membership Article – Write everything related to the membership of the club here. This may include the qualifications of being a member and how to maintain that membership. Fees and dues relating to the membership of the club can be specified here. Reason for the fees should be clearly stated to avoid future problems.
