Headshot Photography Contract
This Headshot Photography Contract ("Contract") is entered into on [Date] ("Effective Date") between [Photographer's Name], with a principal place of business at [Photographer's Address] ("Photographer"), and [Your Name], residing at [Your Company Address] ("Client"). II. Scope of Work
The Photographer agrees to provide headshot photography services to the Client by the following specifications:

Any additional services agreed upon between the Parties: "Retouching services for 5 selected images"
III. Payment

All payments shall be made in USD to the Photographer's designated payment method, as agreed upon by both Parties.
IV. Photography Usage Rights
The Photographer retains all copyrights and ownership of the headshot images produced during the photoshoot. However, the Photographer grants the Client the following rights:
The right to use the headshot images for personal or professional use, including but not limited to, resumes, social media profiles, websites, and promotional materials.
The Client agrees not to sell or transfer the rights to the headshot images to any third party without the express written consent of the Photographer.
V. Deadlines
The Photographer agrees to deliver the final edited headshot images to the Client within 10 days following the photoshoot. Any delivery delays shall be communicated to the Client promptly, along with the revised timeline for delivery.
VI. Cancellation Policy
If either Party wishes to cancel or reschedule the photoshoot, they must provide at least 7 days' notice to the other Party. If the Client cancels the photoshoot without providing sufficient notice, the non-refundable deposit shall be retained by the Photographer as compensation for lost bookings.

VIII. Entire Agreement
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
