Free Portrait Photography Contract

This Portrait Photography Contract (the "Contract") is entered into this [CONTRACT DATE], (the "Effective Date") by and between [Photographer Business Name], a [legal entity type] organized and existing under the laws of [Country/State/Region], with its head office located at [Photographer Address] (hereinafter the "Photographer"), and [Client Name], residing at [Client Address] (hereinafter the "Client"), (collectively referred to as the "Parties").

1. Services:

2. Payment Terms

3. Cancellation Policy

• The Client agrees not to sell, publish, or distribute the images without the Photographer's written consent.

5. Model Release

The individual or entity, herein referred to as the Client, willingly and definitively grants the Photographer full and unfettered permissions and rights. This authorization allows the Photographer to utilize and publicly disseminate any photographic images that are derived from this photography session. The Client authorizes the Photographer to use these images, without any restrictions whatsoever, for a variety of purposes which include, but are certainly not limited to advertising the Photographer's work, enhancing the Photographer's professional portfolio, and promoting the Photographer's services or products.

6. Liability

1. Limitation of Liability:

• During the photography session, should any unfortunate events such as injury, loss, or damage occur, or if any equipment gets stolen, the liability for such incidents will not be placed upon the photographer.

7. Miscellaneous

1. Entire Agreement:

• This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

2. Governing Law:

• This contract shall be governed by and construed following the laws of [Jurisdiction].
