BOUDOIR PHOTOGRAPHY CONTRACT
This Boudoir Photography Contract ("Contract") is made effective as of [Date], between [Client's Full Name] ("Client"), residing at [Client's Address], and [Photographer's Full Name] ("Photographer"), located at [Photographer's Address].
1. SCOPE OF WORK
The Photographer agrees to provide the Client with boudoir photography services on [Date of Photo Session]. The Photographer shall professionally execute the services and deliver the final images within the agreed time frame.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
In consideration for the services rendered by the Photographer, the Client agrees to pay a total fee of [Amount], payable on or before [Payment Date]. Failure to make the payment as agreed may result in the cancellation of this Contract.
3. RIGHTS AND USAGE
The Photographer retains the copyright of all images. However, the Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use of any image is prohibited unless expressly agreed to by the Photographer.
4. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
The Photographer acknowledges that they may have access to personal and sensitive information during the boudoir photography session. The Photographer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to respect the Client's privacy at all times.
5. INDEMNITY
The Photographer shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages experienced by the Client during the photo shoot unless caused by the Photographer’s intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
Should the Client decide to cancel this Agreement, they must provide the Photographer with a notice of cancellation. To respect the schedule and possible other commitments of the Photographer, this notice must be provided not less than [Number of Days] before the scheduled date of the photographic session.
7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Contract constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and the Photographer and supersedes all other agreements, understandings, and negotiations between the parties. Any amendments to this Contract must be in writing and signed by both parties.
8. GOVERNING LAW
The stipulations, conditions, and interpretations adhered to within this Contract will be governed, guided, and thoroughly interpreted in a strict alignment and complete conformity with the body of laws that function within the jurisdiction of [Jurisdiction].
9. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By signing below, all parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Contract.
