Digital Marketing Contract
This Digital Marketing Contract ("Contract") is entered into on [DATE], by and between [CLIENT'S NAME], located at [CLIENT'S ADDRESS], referred to herein as the ("Client"), and [YOUR NAME], [YOUR COMPANY NAME], located at [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS], referred to herein as the ("Provider").
1. Scope of Work
The Provider agrees to provide digital marketing services to the Client as outlined in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The scope of work may include but is not limited to:
Social media marketing
Search engine optimization (SEO)
Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
Content marketing
Email marketing
Website development and maintenance
Analytics and Reporting
2. Responsibilities
2.1 Client Responsibilities:
The Client agrees to provide timely access to necessary resources, including but not limited to:
Logins and access to relevant social media accounts, website backend, and other digital platforms.
Any necessary materials or information required for the completion of the project.
2.2 Provider Responsibilities:
The Provider agrees to:
Execute the agreed-upon digital marketing strategies with diligence and professionalism.
Provide regular progress reports and updates to the Client.
Maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information obtained during the engagement.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Fees:
The Client shall pay the Provider the fees as outlined in Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Fees may include but are not limited to:

Payments shall be made according to the schedule outlined in Exhibit B. The Client agrees to make payments promptly within [NUMBER] days of receiving an invoice from the Provider.
4. Duration
