Marketing Guest Writer Contract
This Marketing Guest Writer Contract ("Contract") is entered into on October 5, 2055, in the State of California, by and between:
[Your Company Name], a company registered under the laws of the United States, with its principal office located at [Your Company’s Address] hereinafter referred to as the "Company."
Isabella Hawthorne, an individual residing at 4941 Oak mound Road, Lombard, IL 60148, hereinafter referred to as the "Guest Writer."
1. Scope of Work
The Company hereby engages the Guest Writer to provide marketing content writing services as described in Exhibit A attached hereto (the "Services").
2. Compensation
In consideration for the Services provided by the Guest Writer, the Company agrees to pay the Guest Writer the compensation detailed in Exhibit B attached hereto. Payment shall be made within 30 days of invoice receipt.
3. Ownership of Work
All content produced by the Guest Writer under this Contract shall become the property of the Company, and the Company shall have the exclusive right to use, modify, and distribute said content as it sees fit.
4. Confidentiality
The Guest Writer agrees to keep all information received from the Company confidential, both during and after the term of this Contract. This includes any proprietary or sensitive information regarding the Company's clients, projects, or business operations.
5. Term and Termination
This Contract shall commence on October 5, 2055, and continue until terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Guest Writer shall be compensated for services rendered up to the date of termination.
6. Independent Contractor
The Guest Writer is an independent contractor and not an employee of the Company.
The Guest Writer is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and other obligations.
7. Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
8. Entire Agreement
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written.
9. Amendments
Any amendments to this Contract must be in writing and signed by both parties.
10. Counterparts
This Contract may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
