CO-BRANDING AGREEMENT

This Co-Branding Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on [Insert Date], by and between [Your Company Name], with its principal place of business at [Your Company Address] ("Your Company"), and [Recipient's Company Name], [Recipient Name], with its principal place of business at [Recipient's Company Address] ("Co-Brand Partner").

3. USE OF TRADEMARKS AND LOGOS

Both parties agree to allow the use of their respective trademarks and logos for the promotion and marketing of the co-branded products/services. Each party shall maintain the quality and integrity of its trademarks and logos.

4. MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES

Your Company and Co-Brand Partner shall clearly define their respective marketing responsibilities, including but not limited to advertising, promotional activities, and public relations efforts related to the co-branded products/services.

5. FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS

A separate document will outline all the details of the financial arrangements, including profit-sharing, cost-sharing, and any other financial considerations, which the parties have attached as Exhibit A.

6. DURATION OF AGREEMENT

This Agreement shall commence on [Insert Date], and continue for 1 year unless terminated earlier by mutual written agreement or due to a material breach by either party.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information obtained from the other party during the term of this Agreement.

8. TERMINATION
