Marketing Press Junket Contract

This Marketing Press Junket Contract ("Contract") is entered into on this [Day[] day of [Month Year], (the "Effective Date"), by and between:

(collectively referred to as "Parties").

WHEREAS, Company desires to engage the services of Media Outlet to participate in a press junket for the purpose of marketing and promoting [Product] and Media Outlet agrees to provide such services.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, Company and Media Outlet agree as follows:

1. SERVICES PROVIDED BY MEDIA OUTLET:

1.1. Media Outlet shall provide the following services ("Services"):

a. Attend and cover the press junket event for the Product as scheduled by Company.

b. Write and publish articles, create content, and produce media related to the Product, as agreed upon with Company.

c. Share content related to the Product on Media Outlet's website, social media, and other relevant platforms.

d. Participate in interviews, discussions, and promotional activities as required by Company.

2. COMPENSATION:

2.1. In consideration of the Services provided by Media Outlet, Company shall compensate Media Outlet as follows:

a. Payment for participation in the press junket event: [$00,000]

Payment Terms:

b. Reimbursement for reasonable travel and accommodation expenses incurred by Media Outlet during the junket event, as pre-approved by Company.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

3.1. All content, including but not limited to articles, photographs, videos, and other media produced by Media Outlet related to the Product during the junket event, shall be the property of Company. Media Outlet shall not have any rights to use or reproduce such content without the prior written consent of Company.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY:

4.1. Media Outlet agrees to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed by Company during the junket event, including but not limited to trade secrets, marketing strategies, and product details.

5. TERM AND TERMINATION:

5.1. This Contract shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until the completion of the Services, unless terminated earlier as provided herein.

5.2. Either Party may terminate this Contract upon written notice if the other Party materially breaches any provision of this Contract, and such breach is not cured within [00] days of receiving written notice of the breach.

6. MISCELLANEOUS:

6.1. This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, understandings, or representations.
