d. provide the Guest with a list of interview questions or topics in advance (if applicable).
4. Responsibilities of the Guest:
The Guest agrees to:
a. participate in the podcast interview on the scheduled date and time;
b. ensure access to a quiet, well-lit, and distraction-free environment for the interview; and
c. provide the Podcast Host with any required promotional materials, such as a bio, headshot, or website URL, as requested.
5. Recording and Distribution:
The Podcast Host has the exclusive right to record, edit, and distribute the podcast episode as they see fit. The Guest agrees to allow the Podcast Host to use their name, likeness, voice, and any provided promotional materials for promotional purposes related to the podcast episode.
6. Release Date:
The release date of the podcast episode will be determined by the Podcast Host. The Guest will be notified of the release date in advance.
7. Compensation:
This podcast interview is considered a promotional opportunity, and no financial compensation will be provided to the Guest for their participation.
8. Confidentiality:
The Parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the podcast interview confidential.
9. Termination:
Either party may terminate this Contract in writing with a minimum of 7 days' notice.
10. Governing Law:
