EMAIL MARKETING COPYWRITING CONTRACT

I. Introduction

This Email Marketing Copywriting Contract ("Contract") is entered into by and between [Your Company Name] ("Copywriter") and Bo Smith ("Client") on the effective date specified above. This Contract outlines the terms and conditions for the engagement of the Copywriter to provide email marketing copywriting services to the Client. This Contract is legally binding and establishes the rights and obligations of both parties.

II. Scope of Work

A. Services

The Copywriter shall provide email marketing copywriting services as specified in the project proposal, including the creation of email content, subject lines, and call-to-action (CTA) text. The services may also include revisions and editing based on feedback from the Client.

B. Timeline

The project timeline, including delivery dates for drafts and final email copy, is as specified in the project proposal.

C. Revisions

The Contract includes two rounds of revisions, provided that they are requested within 5 days of the initial delivery.

III. Compensation

A. Payment

The Client agrees to pay the Copywriter the total fee of $25,000for the email marketing copywriting services outlined in the project proposal.  Payment shall be made in cash or other payment methods within 7 days of the completion of the project.

B. Additional Services

If the Client requests additional services beyond the initial scope, such services shall be subject to additional fees as agreed upon in writing.

IV. Ownership and Rights

A. Ownership

Upon full payment, the Client shall own the rights to the email marketing copy, and the Copywriter will have no claim to its use.

B. Portfolio Rights

The Copywriter retains the right to display the email marketing copy in their portfolio and marketing materials.

V. Confidentiality

A. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information or data received from the other party.

VI. Termination

A. Termination

Either party may terminate this Contract with written notice if the other party breaches any of its obligations.

B. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for services rendered up to the termination date.

VII. Governing Law

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.

VIII. Entire Agreement

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

IX. Acceptance
