Terms of Release

3. The Company shall provide appropriate credits and acknowledgments to the Client or the original creator of the media (if applicable) in all uses of the advertising media.

4. The Client warrants that they have all the necessary rights and permissions to grant this release and that the use of the advertising media by the Company will not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
