Marketing Services Contract
THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 1st day of January, 2050, by and between [Your Name] (the “Client”), and [Employer Name] (the “Agency”).
1. SERVICES
The Agency agrees to develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns of the Client’s product(s) and/or service(s) as further outlined in Article 3 below (“Services”).
2. TERM OF THE AGREEMENT
The term of this Agreement will commence on January 1st, 2050, and will continue in force until December 31st, 2050, unless otherwise terminated by the provisions of this Agreement ("Term").
3. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Services to be provided by the Agency can include but are not limited to, the development, production, execution, and tracking of:
Marketing strategies
Brand development
Digital marketing campaigns
Social media campaigns
Public relations campaigns
Others as requested by the Client
4. FEES AND PAYMENT
The Client agrees to pay the Agency a fee as per agreement between both parties, for the services provided under this Agreement, which will be billed to the Client every month. Payments will be due within 30 days of receipt of each invoice.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
Each party acknowledges that it will have access to confidential and proprietary information of the other party. It agrees to not disclose any such information to any other person, and not to use any such information for any purposes whatsoever other than the performance of its obligations under this Agreement.
6. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
Both parties warrant that they have read and understand the terms of this Agreement, and agree to be bound by these terms.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the jurisdiction of [STATE].
