Influencer Marketing Contract
This Influencer Marketing Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of [DATE] (the "Effective Date") by and between [YOUR COMPANY NAME], a corporation with a principal place of business at [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS] (the "Company") and [INFLUENCER NAME], an individual residing at [INFLUENCER ADDRESS] (the "Influencer").
1. PURPOSE
The purpose of this Agreement is to specify the terms and conditions under which the Influencer shall provide influencer marketing services to the Company.
2. EXPECTATIONS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE INFLUENCER
The Influencer shall use all reasonable efforts to promote the Company and its products/services on the Influencer's social media channels.
3. COMPENSATION

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Company grants Influencer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Company's trade names, trademarks, and logos (the "Company IP") in connection with the performance of Influencer's obligations under this Agreement.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information that either party discloses to the other, which the receiving party knows or should know is the disclosing party’s confidential information.
6. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice of [NOTICE PERIOD] days. On termination, all compensation accrued but unpaid till the termination date shall be paid to the Influencer.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved by arbitration in [JURISDICTION], according to the then-current rules of the American Arbitration Association.
