Nursing Home Amendment Contract

Recitals

2. Amendments to Fees and Payment Terms

4. Amendments to Facility's Rights and Obligations

Right to Implement Digital Services: The Facility reserves the right to introduce, modify, or discontinue digital and telehealth services based on the evolving needs of the resident population and available technology solutions.

5. General Provisions

5.1 Effect of Amendment: Except as specifically altered or changed in this particular context, all the other terms and conditions stated and mentioned in the Original Contract are to continue to stay valid, be in full force, and operate effectively, without any interruption or cessation.

5.2 Entire Agreement: This Amendment, together with the Original Contract, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, both written and oral, between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
