Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Liability
The cleaning service provider is fully insured and will take reasonable precautions to protect the client’s property. However, the service provider is not liable for any damages or loss of personal items unless due to negligence by the cleaning personnel. Clients are encouraged to secure valuable items prior to service.
