   • The owner will communicate any changes to property or tenant requirements directly to the manager.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

   • Payments will be due by the Day of each month through Payment Method(s).

5. Termination Clause

   • Either party may terminate this agreement by providing Number days’ written notice.

   • Upon termination, the property manager will provide all financial records and keys to the property owner.
