I. The Parties

This Startup Partner Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on Month Day, Year by and between Partner A's Namewith a primary address at Partner A's Address ("Partner A") and Partner B's Namewith a primary address at Partner B's Address ("Partner B"). Partner A and Partner B may collectively be referred to as the "Parties" or individually as a "Party."

WHEREAS Partner A and Partner B intend to collaborate in the creation and operation of a startup venture;

WHEREAS the Parties desire to set forth their respective rights, responsibilities, and obligations in connection with the venture;

WHEREAS this Agreement is intended to provide a clear understanding of each Party's contributions and expectations for the startup;

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, the Parties agree as follows:

II. Purpose of the Partnership

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish and govern the terms under which the Parties will cooperate in the startup venture known as Startup Name, with the primary focus of Startup Description.

III. Roles and Responsibilities

The Parties agree on the following:

The Parties agree to jointly participate in decision-making and strategic planning. Each will contribute to shaping the startup's direction and ensuring alignment on core objectives.

IV. Ownership and Equity

1. Ownership interests in the startup are allocated as follows: Partner A holds Percentage, while Partner B retains Percentageownership.

2. The Parties may agree in writing to adjust ownership stakes if additional contributions or role changes occur over time.

V. Signature

By signing below, the Parties acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
