I. The Parties

This Arbitration Agreement Form ("Agreement") is made and entered into on Month Day, Year, by and between [Your Company Name], with a primary place of business at [Your Company Address] ("Company"), and Client's Name, with a primary address at Client's Address ("Client"). The Company and Client collectively be referred to as the ("Parties") or individually as a ("Party").

WHEREAS, the Parties desire to resolve any disputes that may arise between them through binding arbitration;

WHEREAS, the Parties agree to waive the right to take such disputes to court and instead resolve them through arbitration;

WHEREAS, the Parties desire to outline the terms and conditions under which such arbitration will be conducted;

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein, the Parties hereby agree to the following terms:

II. Arbitration Terms

1. Arbitration Rules: All disputes shall be settled by arbitration administered by the Arbitration Association Name under its rules.

2. Location: The arbitration shall take place in City, State Name, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Parties.

4. Arbitrator's Decision: The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding upon both Parties.

III. Confidentiality

All aspects of the arbitration proceedings, including the outcome, shall remain confidential, and no information shall be disclosed by either Party to outside entities.

IV. Entire Agreement

This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the Parties regarding arbitration, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

V. Signature

By signing below, both Parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Arbitration Agreement.
