I. The Parties

This Prenuptial Agreement Form ("Agreement") is made and entered into on Month Day, Year, by and between Fiancé's Name, with a primary address at Fiancé's Address ("Fiancé"), and Fiancée's Name, with a primary address at Fiancée's Address ("Fiancée"). The Fiancé and Fiancée may collectively be referred to as the ("Parties") or individually as a ("Party").

WHEREAS, the Parties are contemplating marriage and wish to define their respective rights and obligations in the event of the dissolution of the marriage;

WHEREAS, each Party has had the opportunity to fully disclose their assets, liabilities, and financial obligations to the other;

WHEREAS, both Parties desire to enter into this Agreement willingly and with full knowledge of the terms herein;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants set forth in this Agreement, the Parties hereby agree as follows:

II. Separate Property

Each Party shall retain ownership of all assets, properties, and debts owned prior to the marriage. These assets and debts shall remain the separate property of each Party during and after the marriage, except as otherwise specified in this Agreement.

III. Marital Property

All assets, properties, and debts acquired during the marriage shall be considered marital property and shall be divided equitably between the Parties upon dissolution, except for any assets expressly designated as separate property in this Agreement.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the Parties agree to seek mediation before proceeding to any legal action. The Parties agree that all mediation and legal proceedings shall be conducted in State Name.

VI. Signature

By signing below, each Party acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
