I. The Parties

This Film Location Agreement Form ("Agreement") is made and entered into on Month Day, Year, by and between Property Owner's Name, with a primary address at Property Owner's Address ("Property Owner"), and [Your Company Name], with a primary address at [Your Company Address] ("Film Production Company"). The Property Owner and Film Production Company may collectively be referred to as the ("Parties") or individually as a ("Party").

WHEREAS, the Property Owner owns the property located at Property Address ("Premises");

WHEREAS, the Film Production Company desires to use the Premises for the purpose of filming and related production activities;

WHEREAS, the Property Owner agrees to grant the Film Production Company a license to use the Premises under the terms set forth in this Agreement;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the Parties agree as follows:

II. Grant of License

The Property Owner hereby grants the Film Production Company a non-exclusive license to use the Premises for filming and production activities on the agreed-upon dates and times.

III. Terms of Use

1. Dates and Times of Use: The Film Production Company is authorized to access the Premises from Month Day, Year to Month Day, Year during the hours HH:MM AM/PM of to HH:MM AM/PM.

2. Purpose: The Premises will be used solely for filming and related production activities.

3. Restrictions: The Film Production Company agrees not to use the Premises for any unlawful or non-agreed-upon activities.

IV. Compensation

In consideration of this Agreement, the Film Production Company shall pay the Property Owner Amount as compensation for the use of the Premises. Payment shall be made by Payment Method(s) no later than Month Day, Year.

V. Indemnity and Insurance

1. Insurance Coverage: The Film Production Company shall maintain comprehensive liability insurance of no less than Amount and provide proof of insurance to the Property Owner prior to the start of production.

2. Indemnity: The Film Production Company agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Property Owner from and against any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the Film Production Company's activities on the Premises.

VI. Signature

By signing below, the Parties acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
