The Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use of the delivered photos. The Photographer retains copyright ownership of all images.
Force Majeure
The Photographer shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, illness, or other uncontrollable events. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be provided.
Limitation of Liability
The Photographer’s liability for any claim, loss, or injury shall not exceed the total fee paid under this agreement.
