Access to the Unit

Maintenance and Repairs

The Renter must keep the unit clean and in good condition. Any damages caused by the Renter will be repaired at their expense.

Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing [Number]days' written notice. The unit must be vacated and left in clean condition by the end of the notice period.

Liability and Insurance

• The Owner is not liable for loss or damage to the Renter’s property stored in the unit.

• The Renter is encouraged to obtain insurance for their belongings.
