Terms and Conditions
Service Scope: Services include, but are not limited to: general cleaning, floor maintenance, restroom sanitation, window cleaning, and waste disposal.
Client Responsibilities: The client agrees to notify the company of any hazardous conditions or special cleaning requirements.
Complaints and Service Guarantee: If the client is dissatisfied with the service, they must notify the company within 24 hours.
Force Majeure: The company is not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
