1. Fill in preliminary details first: Before working on the list of your products and rates, start making your rate sheet by filling in the important details about your company first. The company name, logo (if there is any), business address, and at least three contact details should be at the topmost part of your rate sheet.
2. Make a table, and list down all your products in the first column: Your rate sheet should be able to identify all of your products and services in a single column. If you are listing down different varieties, it will be best to split your products according to types and make multiple columns. It is not necessary to add in a description for each product as this will take up more space.
3. On another column, list down the respective prices of your products: Make sure that the products and their respective prices are placed on the same row. Also specify the rate of the price, whether it is by a number of pieces of the product or by hourly usage of the service.
4. Add in the peripheral information: Should there be a promotional discount that the customer needs to know about? Are you offering a special deal for a certain period of time?
