EMAIL MARKETING DELIVERABILITY SLA 

This Email Marketing Deliverability Service Level Agreement ("SLA") is entered into on the [day-month-year], ("Effective Date"), between:

[Your Company Name], a corporation duly incorporated under the laws of [Country/State], having its principal place of business at [Your Company Address], herein represented by [Your Company Representative's Name], in the capacity of Director of Marketing, hereinafter referred to as the "Company";

And

[Event Organizer Name], an entity duly organized and existing under the laws of California, with its registered address at [Event Organizer Address], herein represented by [Event Organizer Representative's Name], in the capacity of Event Manager, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer."

WHEREAS, the Company desires to host a marketing media event, and the Organizer possesses the expertise and capability to organize and manage such an event;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements set forth herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:

1. Purpose

1.1. This Email Marketing Deliverability SLA outlines the terms and conditions governing email marketing deliverability services provided by the Provider (the "Company") to the Client (the "Organizer").

2. Email Marketing Deliverability Service

2.1. The Company agrees to provide email marketing deliverability services to the Organizer, aimed at ensuring the successful delivery of email marketing campaigns for the event mentioned in the introduction.

3. Service Level Commitments

3.1. The Company commits to achieving the following service levels for email marketing campaigns:

3.1.1. Delivery Rate: The Company will ensure that at least [Percentage]% of email marketing messages are delivered to the recipients' inbox.

3.1.2. Open Rate: The Company will aim to achieve an open rate of [Percentage]% for email marketing messages.

3.1.3. Click-Through Rate (CTR): The Company will strive for a CTR of [Percentage]% for email marketing campaigns.

3.2. The Company will monitor and report these metrics regularly to the Organizer.

4. Term
