Sound Engineer Contract

This Sound Engineer Contract (the "Contract") is entered into as of [DATE], by and between [YOUR NAME], a sound engineer operating in the [State], with the mailing address of [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS] ("Sound Engineer"), and [Client Name], with the mailing address of [Client Address], ("Client").

1. Services
