I. Introduction
In this experiment, we will explore the basic principles of plant growth. The objective is to understand how different conditions affect the growth of a plant.

Five small pots

Sunflower seeds

III. Procedure
A. Initial Setup
Fill each pot with soil up to 2 inches below the rim.
Place one sunflower seed in each pot.
Cover the seeds lightly with soil.
Label each pot for different conditions (e.g., sunlight, grow light, no light).
B. Watering and Observation
Water each pot regularly, every other day.
Record the growth of the plants every three days in the notebook.

V. Discussion and Conclusion
The sunflower seed planted under sunlight grew the tallest, reaching 9 cm by the end of the experiment. The seed under grow light also showed significant growth, reaching 7 cm. However, the seed kept in the dark did not grow at all. This suggests that light is a crucial factor in the growth of plants.
