Free Empathy Map
The Empathy Map Template is designed to help designers, marketers, and product teams gain a deeper understanding of their target audience’s thoughts, feelings, and motivations. Users begin by identifying their customer persona and then explore key aspects of the customer experience—what they think and feel, see, hear, and say or do. Next, they identify the customer’s pains and gains to reveal unmet needs and emotional drivers. Teams can use dot voting to highlight the most impactful insights and add notes for further reflection. By completing this process, users achieve a clearer, more empathetic view of their customers, enabling them to design solutions that truly resonate and drive better user experiences.
