Free Customer Journey Map
This template is a "Customer Journey Map" designed to visualize a customer's experience from the perspective of a defined "Persona." The left sidebar features a "Customer profile" section, including placeholders for "Name," "About me," "Needs," "Pain points," "Goals," and "Scenario," represented by various colored rectangles.
The main journey map is structured with five distinct vertical columns, each representing a key stage of the customer's interaction: "Journey Map," "Discovery," "Registration," "Outbound/Inbound Test/Use," and "Grow up." Each stage column is color-coded (yellow, light blue, green, red, purple) for easy visual distinction.
The first column, "Journey Map," is fully populated with various sections to define the journey's elements in detail. These include "Goals," "Benefits," "Needs and Pains," "Touch Points," "Customer Feeling," "Backstage," "Opportunity," and "Process & Tools," each with specific questions or prompts to guide the user. The subsequent columns, representing later stages, are mostly blank but follow the same structural divisions as the first column, allowing for comprehensive mapping. This template offers a structured and visually organized framework for a deep dive into the customer journey, enabling a thorough analysis of customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement at each stage.
