COVID-19 NON PAYMENT OF RENT

You are hereby notified that your rent is [7] days past due. You will be given an additional [7] days to pay all the rent along with an additional fine of $35 per day. Your tenancy agreement clearly specifies payment by the 5th of each month. We would be very grateful if you could take action within the next [7] days regarding this matter.
