I hope this email finds you well. It is with mixed emotions that I am writing this letter to formally resign from my position as a Dental Hygienist at Celestine Dental. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with the talented team at the clinic and contributing to the oral health of our patients. However, after much consideration and personal reflection, I have decided to pursue new opportunities and challenges in my career.
During my time at Celestine Dental, I have had the privilege to work alongside skilled professionals dedicated to providing exceptional dental care. The experience and knowledge I have gained as a Dental Hygienist here have been invaluable and will continue to serve as a strong foundation in my future endeavors.
I would like to express my deep gratitude to you, as well as the entire team, for the support, guidance, and friendship I have received during my tenure at Celestine Dental. The positive work environment and collaborative spirit within the clinic have truly made it a place I will always hold dear.
In an effort to ensure a smooth transition, I am willing to assist with the training and onboarding of my successor. I will do everything within my capacity to ensure that my departure does not disrupt the excellent level of care and service that our patients have come to expect from Celestine Dental.
My last day of work will be on June 14, 2050, providing a notice period of four weeks as per company policy. I trust this will allow sufficient time for the clinic to find a suitable replacement and make the necessary arrangements for a seamless handover.
