Dear Shannon Russell,

I hope this email finds you well. It is with a heavy heart that I write to inform you of my decision to resign from my position as a Social Worker at Empowerment Pathways. My last day of employment will be June 30, 2050. I have carefully considered this decision and believe it is in the best interest of both myself and the organization.

Throughout my time at Empowerment Pathways, I have had the privilege of working with an incredible team and making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve. I am thankful for the opportunities and experiences that have allowed me to grow both personally and professionally.

However, after much reflection and consideration, I have realized that it is time for me to explore new opportunities and further develop my skills in the field of social work. I believe that by stepping out of my comfort zone and exploring different avenues, I will be able to contribute to the well-being of individuals in new and meaningful ways.

I would like to express my gratitude to you and the entire team at Empowerment Pathways for the support, guidance, and collaboration I have received during my tenure. Your dedication to making a difference in the lives of our clients has been truly inspiring and I am honored to have been a part of this organization.

As my departure date approaches, I am committed to ensuring a smooth transition of my responsibilities. I am more than willing to assist in training a new Social Worker and providing any necessary documentation or information to ensure the continuity of care for our clients.

Please feel free to reach out to me should you require any clarification or assistance during this transition period. You can contact me via email at [email protected] or by phone at 222 555 7777.

Thank you once again for the opportunities and experiences I have gained at Empowerment Pathways. I am grateful for the support I have received and I leave with fond memories of my time here. I wish you and the organization continued success in all your future endeavors.

Sincerely,

Frank Martins
