I am writing to request Military Deployment Leave effective from November 1, 2050 to May 31, 2051.
Due to my active duty in the military, I have received orders for deployment which will require me to be away from work during the mentioned period. This leave is essential for me to fulfill my military obligations and serve my country.
I have made the necessary arrangements to ensure that my responsibilities are covered during my absence.
I will also be available to liaise remotely or assist with any urgent matters that may arise during my leave.
I am committed to returning to work on May 2, 2051 as specified by my deployment orders. If there are any changes to this schedule, I will promptly inform you of the updated information.
