  • Nature of Incident: Suspected burglary at the residence

  • Witnesses: Ms. Peggy Johnson (Neighbor)

On the aforementioned date and time, Ms. Johnson observed a suspicious individual, described as a male wearing dark clothing, attempting to gain entry into the residence at 456 Oak Street. The individual was seen lingering around the property, and Ms. Johnson noted that the homeowner is currently away on vacation. Ms. Johnson promptly contacted the Pineville Police Department to report the suspicious activity.

Ms. Johnson provided a detailed description of the suspect, and I have attached the security camera footage from her residence, which captures the individual's actions.

Officer Jones responded to the call and conducted a preliminary investigation. Unfortunately, the suspect had left the scene before Officer Jones arrived. The information has been documented in the police log.
