I hope this letter finds you well. After much consideration and deliberation, I have decided to retire from my position effective March 20, 2052. It is with mixed emotions that I announce my retirement, as I have thoroughly enjoyed working alongside you and the team.

The reason behind my retirement is to pursue my long-time dream of starting a family business. I have felt a strong calling towards entrepreneurship, and I believe that this is the right time for me to embark on this new venture. While I will miss the camaraderie and challenges of our current role, I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead.
