This letter is formal documentation of our acceptance of the contract termination.
We have reviewed your request for termination and, after careful consideration, have chosen to accept it. All our associations and obligations as per the existing contract will end immediately upon receipt of this letter.

Please be aware that all your responsibilities and obligations under the contract, up till the date of termination, are still to be fulfilled. Any failure to do so will be considered a breach of contract.
