Dear Mrs. Holoman,

I am writing to formally request a vacation leave from May 16 to May 21, 2055. I have saved up my vacation days specifically for this purpose, and my team is well-prepared and competent to handle my responsibilities during my absence.

The purpose of this leave request is for a Military Vacation. As an active reserve member of the military, I have been requested to attend critical training during these dates. This training will enhance my abilities in my military role and contribute significantly to our organization.

I have already discussed this matter with my team members and department head, who supported my leave request. Furthermore, I will ensure that all my duties and responsibilities are up to date before the commencement of my leave.
