Passing Score: Candidates must achieve a score of 70% or higher to pass the test.
The test assesses HR professionals' knowledge and practical skills related to time management.
Candidates are not allowed to use any external resources or tools during the test.
In Section II, candidates will be presented with scenarios and asked to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
In Section III, candidates will evaluate the efficiency of hypothetical meetings and identify areas for improvement.
In Section V, candidates will match time tracking tools with their respective descriptions and fill in the blanks in statements related to time tracking.
Candidates will not be graded on Section VI; it is included for an overall assessment of time allocation.
All questions are equally weighted.
