Music Contract
1. INTRODUCTION

2. TERMS OF COLLABORATION

The Artist retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the musical compositions created under this contract, subject to the rights granted to the Label herein.

The Artist shall have creative control over the music produced under this contrtact, subject to the Label's reasonable approval.
3. COMPENSATION AND ROYALTIES
3.1 Advance
The Label agrees to pay the Artist an advance payment of [Amount] upon signing this Contract.
3.2 Royalties

3.3 Mechanical Royalties
