ACTING CONTRACT
This Acting Contract ("Contract") is entered into on [Date], between [Your Company Name], a duly registered and existing under the laws of [Jurisdiction], with its principal place of business located at [Your Company Address] (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), and [Actor/Actress Name] (hereinafter referred to as the "Actor"), an individual residing at [Actor/Actress Address].
1. Engagement Details

2. Services

3. Compensation

4. Intellectual Property

The Company is granted the singular and exclusive right to monetize the Actor's performance across any current or future media platforms, indefinitely and universally.
5. Termination
Either party can end the contract with written notice if there's a significant violation, provided a [Number] days repair period. The Company can also terminate the contract immediately if the Actor can't perform due to health or other uncontrollable factors.
6. Indemnification
The Actor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to the Actor's breach of any provision of this Contract.
7. Governing Law
