Talent Contract
This Talent Contract ("Contract") is entered as of [DATE] (the "Effective Date"), by and between [YOUR NAME], referred call as the ("Talent"), and [CLIENT'S NAME], referred to as the ("Client"). Respecting their business offices, [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS] for the Talent and [CLIENT'S COMPANY ADDRESS] for the Client.
1. Engagement
The Client hereby engages the Talent to provide graphic design services ("Services") by the terms and conditions outlined in this Contract. The Services shall be performed remotely, with communication primarily conducted via email and video calls, on the following dates: from March 25th, 2050 to April 15th, 2050.
2. Compensation
In consideration for the Services rendered by the Talent, the Client agrees to pay the Talent the sum of USD 2000, payable as follows: 50% upon signing the contract, and the remaining 50% upon completion of the project milestones as mutually agreed upon by both parties.
3. Reimbursement of Expenses
The Client shall reimburse the Talent for any pre-approved, reasonable, and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of the Services. Such expenses shall be detailed in an expense report and accompanied by valid receipts.
4. Rights and Usage
The Client shall have the right to use the results and deliverables of the Services for the purposes outlined in this Contract.
The Talent retains all intellectual property rights to any materials, concepts, or creations developed in the course of providing the Services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Representations and Warranties
The Talent represents and warrants that they have the necessary skills, experience, and authority to perform the Services outlined in this Contract.
The Client represents and warrants that they have the authority to enter into this Contract and fulfill their obligations herein.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the engagement.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Contract upon written notice to the other party in the event of a material breach of any provision herein. Termination shall not relieve either party of any accrued rights or obligations.
8. Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by and construed following the laws of [Jurisdiction].
